The bankruptcy estate sells:

The estate will notify acceptance or rejection of the lot no later than 14 December 2025 at 20:00.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at any other time is not possible.


The lot is located on the fourth floor; there is a small lift. THE CABINETS DO NOT FIT IN THE LIFT and must be carried down the stairs.


Entrance to the building is via the door circled in the last picture. The building is in the inner courtyard and there is ample space for a vehicle in front of it.


The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; a receipt must be presented on collection.


After acceptance the buyer will receive payment and collection details by email (huutokaupat.com email, "instructions for collector" field).

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
