The seller will announce acceptance or rejection of the lot by no later than 14 December 2025 at 20:00.


The buyer is responsible for loading and moving the lot on site. No assistance will be provided by the bankruptcy estate.


The lot must be collected on 17 December 2025 between 09:00 and 15:00. Collection at other times is not possible.


The lot is located on the fourth floor; there is a small lift.


Entry to the building is via the door circled in the last photo. The building is in an inner courtyard and there is space to park a vehicle in front of it.


The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance; a receipt must be presented on collection.


After acceptance of your bid the buyer will receive payment and collection details by email (huutokaupat.com email, "instructions for collector" field)
