Seized sauna building formerly used as a holiday cottage in Sulkava, Sulkava

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during 05/12/2025 - 07/01/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 07/01/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may lead to buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidder. A written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number concerned. A written purchase offer is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 31/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Savonlinna office, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property is seized and will be sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the lot.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or actions related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
