The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: A task chair’s upholstery may have a small stain, slight piling or minor wear on the mesh. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Acceptable: A task chair’s upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the mesh. An electric desk top may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. chair). Often an older model with faded upholstery, but still functional — classified as acceptable.

• Poor: A task chair’s upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the mesh is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but can be, for example, stiffer on a chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse. Detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent by email after the auction ends.
