The item will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 26 November 2025 and 15 December 2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 15 December 2025 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by no later than 12 December 2025 at 12:00 to the address Enforcement Authority/Realisation, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as for the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer applies. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by a sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs 26 November 2025 - 15 December 2025 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.
