About us:

Kotix Oy is an experienced family-owned construction company from Central Finland. We are a full-service Finnish cottage and sauna supplier and can provide a comprehensive service including foundations, demolition of an old cottage, design and customisation of a new cottage. We deliver complete buildings to the plot and lift them into place with a crane truck so you can use the cottage immediately. We favour Finnish local products and producers: timber, benches, roofing sheets, stoves and chimneys and insulation — all sourced nearby!

The building is versatile and practical with a separate sauna and a spacious living area; the living room easily fits a sofa bed, dining set and a small kitchen, etc. according to your needs, and the living room can be fitted with an atmospheric stove for an additional €2,500. Large picture windows add a sense of space and make enjoying the view pleasant.

You can also use the living room as guest accommodation or a remote office!

The sauna measures approximately 2.74 m x 7.55 m and can be transported as a complete unit on a crane truck to your plot or yard. (Ask us for a quote on foundations and freight if needed.)

• High-quality black standing-seam metal roof by Taipaleen Teräs.

• Insulated throughout with 70 mm Finnfoam; the sauna uses 50 mm PIR aluminium-faced sauna insulation, so the building is well suited for year-round use.

• Provision for a pendant ceiling light in the living room.

• External lighting: 2 up-and-down lights.

• LED lighting beneath the sauna benches.

• Automatic Pax exhaust fan with humidity sensor in the living room.
