Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment system. The written offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 26/11/2025 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Any fees for transferring connection agreements are the buyer's responsibility.

The foreclosed property is sold in an online auction with automatic increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires 30/11/2025 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase offer accepted to the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 26/11/2025 at 12:00 to the address below.
