As a condition of the warranty, a copy of the installer’s installation report or invoice must be sent to the seller for warranty registration. Installation reports must be sent immediately. Installation must take place within 6 months of purchase.

The compressor and components have a 3-year warranty. The electrical and electronic equipment recycling fee has been paid for the unit.

The heat pump may be handed over against an installation agreement (regulatory requirement).
