COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check during collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the transport company. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation required by law.

A warranty is provided only if specifically mentioned in the description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the statutory liability for defects applicable to consumers.
