Condition assessment:

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check upon collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is handled via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the statutory remedy.

A warranty is provided only if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the consumer's statutory rights regarding defects.

Business buyers do not have a right to cancel distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable terms of sale of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
