Significant improvements over the previous V2.0 version:

• Faster dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection (the older version only supports 2.4 GHz); even large updates download much faster

This model is operated easily via its touchscreen instead of buttons. It has a large built-in 6100 mAh battery, which charges while connected to the vehicle’s OBD port (a USB charging cable is also included, so it can be charged with a standard phone USB charger).

Most cars are identified automatically when the reader is connected to the vehicle’s OBD port, and the reader retrieves the vehicle details using the VIN. If this is not possible, or you prefer to enter the vehicle details manually, that is also possible.

The reader always stays up to date because it is easy to update: simply connect it to a wireless network (Wi-Fi) and update the reader.

The reader’s software and user manual are in English.
