Defects and other observations

Test drive completed; the brakes judder when braking. The engine is sweating oil. The dipstick is broken, so the oil level cannot be measured. The boot does not open or close properly. The driver’s door opens with difficulty. Holes have been drilled in the exhaust system, producing a “loud power sound”. The belt squeaks.

No condition inspection has been carried out and not all equipment has been tested, so there may be hidden defects. Sold in its current condition for repair, without a valid inspection.
