Method of sale:
Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline.

Participating in the auction without an intention to purchase is prohibited.
The highest accepted bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the Seller.

The Seller has the right to reject or accept the highest bid.

Duty to inspect:
The bidder must inspect the documents, records and publicly available information concerning the object of sale before placing a bid.
The Buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Acceptance of the bid

Bidders are asked to note that acceptance of the bid requires approval from the largest creditors. Obtaining approval may take approximately 2 weeks after the auction ends.

Completion of the sale

The Buyer shall pay the purchase price into the bank account specified by the Seller at the completion meeting.

Taxation

The Buyer is responsible for paying transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price) in accordance with the Transfer Tax Act within 2 months of the sale.

The Buyer has no right to exchange or return the item.

No warranty is provided for the item. The item cannot be exchanged or returned. The descriptions in the listing are solely the Seller’s estimates of the object being sold. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the object themselves before placing a binding bid. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the object as is.
