Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is handled through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will be dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is used.
