In consumer sales, however, this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a later-occurring defect existed when the product was handed over, or if the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a possible defect appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller to inspect the device before opening, having it repaired or modifying it.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is used.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, having the product repaired or disposing of it. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the statutory remedy.

A warranty is provided only if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects owed to consumers.

A business buyer does not have the right of cancellation for distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
