The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 3 November to 24 November 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 24 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 20 November 2026 at 12:00 to the Kuopio office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address: National Enforcement Authority Finland, Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to: kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Buyer’s liability for compensation

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted,

the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated

payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in

the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
