DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will be dispatched 1–2 working days after payment for the item.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects that the product has a defect not described in the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the statutory remedy.
