The Ryobi RY18SPA 18V ONE+ cordless submersible pump is ideal for emptying hot tubs, whirlpools and swimming pools, or for emergencies such as a flooded basement. The very high flow rate of 4,200 l/h means the job is completed quickly. The battery-powered pump is quick to take out and set up. The maximum lift height is 7 metres and the maximum submersion depth is 4 metres. The minimum suction depth is 5 mm.

A latch on the bottom of the pump secures and releases the filter. When the filter is fitted, the pump can be used in dirty water. The filter mesh prevents particles larger than 1 mm from passing through. Remove the filter when using the pump with clean water.

Three timer settings allow the RY18SPA submersible pump to run for 5, 10 or 15 minutes. The smart pump uses sound signals and flashing lights to indicate when it is blocked, disconnected or its battery is empty. The dry-run protection function automatically stops pumping 30 seconds after the water level falls below the minimum suction level. This prevents damage to the pump and extends its service life.

The attachment hook makes it easy to keep the battery compartment out of the way and secured high above the water.

The submersible pump comes supplied with a discharge hose and wall hook. Please note that this is a bare-tool version; the compatible battery and charger are sold separately.
