Terms of Sale

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 28 October 2026 to 15 November 2026. The deadline for bids is 18:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.


The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.


The National Enforcement Authority Finland reserves the right, if necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.



Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends, the National Enforcement Authority Finland will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted and provide further instructions for paying the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.


The property has been seized and will be sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
