Samsung Galaxy Watch7 40mm smartwatch, SM-L305F S/M, Vantaa

Used, including S/M-size strap and charger.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 40mm Beige LTE SM-L305FZEAEUB smartwatch uses the latest Galaxy AI features, collecting information about your sports performance, body composition and exercise habits. Galaxy AI supports several sports, including running, cycling, hiking, climbing and swimming, providing information, feedback and tips during and after exercise. The 1.3” Super AMOLED display makes it easy to read the watch face at a glance, day or night. The round watch face is protected by curved sapphire crystal, which resists scratches and impacts. The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 has a 40mm reinforced aluminium case. A beige One-Click strap is included for quick fitting and removal. The S/M strap fits wrists with a circumference of 130–190 mm. With IP68 and MIL-STD-810H water and dust resistance ratings, the Galaxy Watch7 is suitable for forest walks, mountaineering and the seaside. It withstands temperatures from -20 to +55 °C. The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 has an IP68 / 5 ATM rating, making it water- and dust-tight.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 uses Samsung’s latest One UI 6 interface, allowing you to customise the watch face and arrange apps as you wish. You can easily operate the watch with gesture control and receive haptic feedback, such as vibration. Together with the Galaxy Watch Ultra, the Galaxy Watch7 is the first outdoor sports watch with a 3nm 5-core application processor and big.LITTLE architecture, improving energy efficiency by up to 30% compared with previous Galaxy Watch models. The powerful battery provides up to 40 hours of use before charging.

Galaxy AI – intelligent AI features for exercise and wellbeing

The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 sensors and Galaxy AI learn more about your body the more you use the watch. If you start exercising after a long break, you can perform a fitness test directly from the watch. With Galaxy AI and advanced sensors, you can complete an outdoor fitness test in as little as 10 minutes, either cycling or running, to assess your fitness. Cyclists can measure their precise FTP (Functional Threshold Power) with Galaxy AI, describing the maximum power a cyclist can sustain continuously for one hour. Connect your watch to Samsung Health and cycle for at least 10 minutes with the watch to obtain your FTP result.

Start your morning by checking the Energy Score feature in the Samsung Health app to better understand your body and see how active you should be today. The Booster Card feature measures your metrics and provides inspiration and training tips based on your goals. The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 has updated GPS using a dual-frequency GNSS (L1+L5) chip. Its advanced algorithm accurately determines your location even in dense urban environments, so you will not get lost on unfamiliar routes. You can also bring up a previously completed route and race against yourself in real time. GPX files let you compare your workouts and get tips on nearby routes that may suit you.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle

Measure your heart rate continuously and accurately during both exercise and sleep with the new BioActiveSensor2. If the watch detects an irregular change in your heart rate, you will receive a notification and can perform an ECG directly from the watch for more information. Get updates on your fitness and active and resting temperature, with a personalised plan for exercise and rest. For women, temperature analysis together with the Natural Cycles app can help determine when the next period and ovulation will occur. Galaxy AI also tracks your sleep quality and stages, from light to deep sleep. Together with the Samsung Health app, Galaxy AI creates a customised schedule for better sleep, helping you relax and recover more effectively.

LTE connection – stay active without your phone

This model has eSIM functionality, allowing your Galaxy Watch7 smartwatch to connect to the internet without your phone always being with you. You can make and receive calls and messages from the watch, for example while out running with your phone charging at home.

Make the most of the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 by downloading apps from the Galaxy or Google Store.
