Defects and other observations

Sliding bed damaged by rust.

There may be rust in other areas too; some plastic parts are missing from the cab. The driver’s door lock cylinder is missing. The driver’s electric window switch is from another vehicle and is not original. The brake pedal feels hard; there may be a fault in the brake booster or brake pressure regulator, but this has not been investigated. The gear lever has play, and changing between first and second gear sticks. The gear linkage rod bushes are loose. The key and ignition lock cylinder are worn (the tumblers or key are worn). In other words, repairs are required.
