Notes / deficiencies / defects:
No defects were observed during the normal functional test carried out when preparing this listing, unless otherwise specifically stated in the item description.

The device is presumed to be functional. However, not all features, functions, connections or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. “Working” in this listing means that the device operated during a reasonable functional test conducted by the seller. Any defects or deficiencies known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:
The general condition is always assessed as used goods in relation to the product’s age, usage history and comparable used products. Terms such as good, very good, tidy or excellent condition do not mean that the product is new, unused, as-new or completely flawless.

Regardless of the condition rating, a used product may have normal wear for its age and previous use, including scratches, scuffs, dents, dust, dirt, discolouration or other cosmetic signs of use and storage. Any known significant defects and deficiencies are stated separately. Natural wear on used goods is not in itself a defect as defined by the Consumer Protection Act.

Internal and latent defects:
A normal functional test cannot detect all internal, intermittent or later-occurring defects. These may include component wear, heat-related faults, contact faults, battery deterioration or another defect that does not appear during a short test. The seller does not promise that the device is technically as-new or entirely free of latent defects. In consumer sales, this statement does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects if a subsequently occurring defect existed at the time of delivery or the product lasts substantially less time than can reasonably be expected based on its age, price, condition and the information provided. If a possible defect appears, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time and allow the seller to inspect the device before it is opened, repaired or modified.

Before making an offer, the buyer is responsible for determining whether the product described is suitable for the intended use and compatible with their other devices, software, operating systems, connections, electrical system, network environment and accessories.

The seller is not responsible if a correctly described product that conforms to the listing is unsuitable for the buyer’s specific purpose, special requirement or equipment configuration that was not agreed in writing with the seller before the sale. Batteries, cells, bulbs, fuses and other wear parts are consumables. Their exact capacity, operating time, condition or remaining service life is not guaranteed unless otherwise specifically stated in the item description. Any remaining battery time shown by the device or operating system is an instantaneous estimate, not an exact measurement.

No separate official electrical safety test has been carried out on the used electrical device unless expressly stated otherwise in the item description. Before use, the buyer must check the condition of the device, power cable, plug, power supply and other electrical components. A device that appears damaged or incomplete must not be used before proper inspection or repair.

The sale includes only the products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the images as belonging to the item for sale. Other property, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background are not included unless separately stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays from 09:00 to 15:00. A more precise collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported without delay to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing compensation as required by law.

A warranty is provided only if expressly stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects owed to consumers.

Business buyers do not have a right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable sales terms of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
