Warranty:


If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.


We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as they are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale, with no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time, you can view the additional products—thousands of models are available in our showroom.

After 2 weeks, the storage cost is €10/day/pallet.


Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to a third party authorised by proxy.


For cancellation of a binding sale / an unpaid bid, we charge compensation of 10% of the sale price.
