Please note: the collection fee is €58 and includes the following complete service:

- pallet

- stacking onto the pallet (approx. 20–30 min)

- wrapping the tile pallet for transport

- loading the pallet with a forklift


Collection times MON–FRI 11:00–17:00. Please let us know in advance when you will collect the item so that we can have everything ready,

Warranty:


If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.


We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as they are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time, you can view the additional products in our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks, storage costs are €10/day/pallet.


Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to a third party authorised by power of attorney.


For cancellation of a binding sale or an unpaid winning bid, we charge compensation of 10% of the sale price.
