For an item/items we have dispatched but which are not collected, we charge the same delivery fee as stated for the item for both its return to us and re-dispatch. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the end of the auction or at the time stated in the listing (where collection is possible). After this, we charge a storage fee of €10/day.
