The units protect computers, routers, network drives (NAS) and other valuable electronics from power cuts, voltage spikes and power disturbances.

The unit is considered operational by default. However, not all features, functions, connections or long-term reliability may have been tested in detail. “Working” in this listing means that the unit operated during a reasonable functional test carried out by the seller. Any faults or deficiencies known to the seller are stated in the item description.

Condition assessment:

The sale includes only the products and accessories mentioned in the item description and clearly shown in the photographs as belonging to the item. Other movable property, furniture, cables or accessories visible in the background of the photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check at collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is handled through the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will leave us within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported promptly to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is put into use.

If the buyer suspects a fault that differs from the description, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or disposing of the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible fault and providing the remedy required by law.

A warranty is provided only if specifically stated in the item description. The absence of a warranty does not remove the seller’s statutory liability for defects towards consumers.

Business buyers do not have a right of cancellation for distance sales under the Consumer Protection Act. Sales between businesses are governed by the Sale of Goods Act and the applicable terms of sale of Huutokaupat.com and the seller.
