DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is available via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will be sent within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before the packaging is discarded or the product is used.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, repairing or discarding the product. In a business-to-consumer sale, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any possible defect and providing the remedy required by law.
