• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the product before making an offer. The buyer may not subsequently rely on a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles through Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, together with any agent and collection costs and interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
