Four glass birds manufactured by Nuutajärvi Glass and designed by Oiva Toikka.

Small white one, Riekko.

Small yellow one, Tirri.

Small blue one with a dark head.

Large grey one with white stripes, Valkoviklo.

The glass birds are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale. The National Enforcement Authority Finland accepts no liability for any deficiencies or defects that may be present in the property.

The item will be sold by competitive bidding in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 16 October 2026 and 9 November 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 9 November 2026 at 12.00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland accepts no liability for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If it is not possible to submit bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The offer must be submitted by 6 November 2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the successful bidder must pay the full purchase price to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s client funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying into the client funds account, reference number RF75 3960 0000 6942 69 must be used.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item for sale. Buyers are advised to examine the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before submitting a bid. The glass birds will be handed over

to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the movable property purchased no later than Thursday, 12 November 2026. The handover time must, however, be agreed separately with the senior enforcement inspector handling the matter.

The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, remove the movable property purchased at the agreed handover time.
