The glass birds are sold in the condition in which they are at the time of sale. The National Enforcement Authority Finland accepts no liability for any deficiencies or defects in the property.

The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com from 16 October 2026 to 9 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 9 November 2026 at 12.00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland accepts no liability for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If it is not possible to submit a bid through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 6 November 2026 at 10.00 to the Kouvola office of the National Enforcement Authority Finland, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Immediately after acceptance of the bid, the person who made the highest bid must pay the entire purchase price into the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying into the official deposit account, reference number RF75 3960 0000 6942 69 must be used.

The property has been seized and is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the item. Buyers are advised to carefully familiarise themselves with the item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid. The glass birds will be handed over

to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the movable property purchased no later than Thursday, 12 November 2026. The time of handover must, however, be agreed separately with the supervising enforcement officer handling the matter.

The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, remove the movable property purchased at the agreed time of handover.
