Important!

The receipt, collection instructions and street address will be sent by email immediately after payment.

The lot may be inspected before making a binding bid
The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and present at the time of sale
Products sold by auction are subject to the Sale of Goods Act unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise
The condition assessment applicable under the Sale of Goods Act is the auction starting price.

Most of the machines now being sold were driven to the plot, but have remained unused for a long time.

When collecting them, therefore, bring adequate equipment and be prepared that they may not be able to be loaded under their own power.

To avoid disputes, everything is sold as scrap.

The site has also been neglected for a long time, so grass and brushwood may cause difficulties.

Collecting lots from this plot is more challenging and is best done with a tractor or excavator.

The lot must be collected within 5 working days of the auction closing unless otherwise agreed.
A storage fee of €250/day will be charged for any additional time.

We have accepted all bids 100% throughout our entire operation.
