The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The final highest purchase price offered is subject to approval by the City of Pieksämäki's Technical Director and an official decision (KV 30 September 2024, § 41).

The property is sold on the Huutokaupat.com website. The auction ends on 11 November 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted in the online auction.

The City of Pieksämäki is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the advertisement and present at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. No warranty is provided for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are solely the seller's estimates of the property for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before submitting a binding bid. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the property in its present condition.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the housing company loan share allocated to the shares, which may be repaid in full or reduced monthly as a financing charge.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period.

The property will be transferred in accordance with the attached sales brochure and terms of sale. If the person whose bid has been accepted withdraws from the sale, they must compensate the City of Pieksämäki for reasonable costs by paying the seller 4% of the highest bid made, subject to a minimum penalty of EUR 2,000.

After the online auction ends, the highest bidder will be notified whether the bid has been accepted or rejected. The highest bidder must then also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed the buyer.

The City of Pieksämäki may, where necessary, request the details of all bidders in order to make the sales decision, and the bidder authorises this disclosure when submitting a binding bid.
