This is a unique opportunity to buy a rare 1997 W202. In 1997, cars were manufactured only from January to May, after which the M112 replaced it. Only a small number were M104 manual saloons, and according to the information available, this example is essentially the only one in Finland.

Kept standard, with no modifications!

The car has effectively had the same owner for almost its entire life, and has only been with us briefly; before the last owner, it was also briefly owned by another person. (It has always been among acquaintances.)

The underside is completely solid and unwelded, as shown in the pictures. The only rust on the exterior is on the driver's door and below the rear light, also visible in the pictures. The doors, arches and bumpers are in reasonably tidy condition!

The paintwork on the roof has suffered because, when leaving the Mercedes factory, the car was being transported on a vehicle that was involved in an accident and the roof was damaged, which is why it now has cracks. However, the car was repaired in Germany and is essentially a Finnish car because it was not driven on the road there. (There is no mould problem; the exterior has simply suffered damage.)

There is also some lacquer damage on the boot lid and bonnet.

Parts replaced include: new tyres, battery, original overvoltage relay, fuel pump, filters, oils, brake calliper, rear brake discs and probably some other parts.
