Servicing

The car had a major service 2 weeks ago, including replacement of all oils and filters, including those for the transmission, mechanical components and differentials.

Known faults and points to note

• The timing-chain replacement has not been carried out.

• On cold start, a slight chain-related noise can be heard for approximately one second. The exact cause has not been investigated.

• The driver's seat heating does not work.

• When driving on the summer wheels, there is slight vibration at motorway speeds.

• The 20” summer wheels have signs of use/scratches.

• The car has wear consistent with its age and mileage.

The car is free of rust.

Tyres and wheels

Summer tyres:

• 20” wheels

• Approximately 4–5 mm tread remaining

Winter tyres:

• Original 18” Audi wheels

• Good studded tyres

Both sets of tyres are included in the sale.

Other

The car has been used for, among other things, long-distance work-related driving, and the odometer reads approximately 350,000 km. The buyer must take the car's age, mileage and the known faults and service requirements listed above into account.

The previous owner had the car repainted and rust removal carried out. Transparent stone-chip protection film was also fitted to both sides of the sills.

The driveshaft was replaced approximately one month ago, along with lower control arms etc. Receipts are available.

The gearbox changes smoothly. When moving off, the car lurches slightly when the brake pedal is released. I do not know whether this is just a characteristic. The oil change helped, and it is not as abrupt now.

The advert aims to disclose all material faults known to the seller. The car is sold as a used vehicle in the condition described in the advert.
