The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be found. The item is sold without a seller's warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

Inspecting the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters potentially relevant to your purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning consumer sales do not apply to the items.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown under "delivery methods and costs" on the bid page. If you have any questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

Ownership of the auctioned products transfers at the time of handover.

Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for collection after this period.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.
