Inspecting the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning consumer sales do not apply to the items.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by email by Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. Ownership of the auctioned products transfers at the time of handover

Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.
