22-tonne compressed-air jack for heavy vehicles, buses, lorries, etc. HOME DELIVERY (FINAL), Isokyrö

22-tonne pneumatic jack

belongs to the group of point lifting devices designed to raise vehicles along a vertical axis. The jack operates with compressed air, which causes a hydraulic pump to rotate, generating pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. Increasing pressure pushes the actuator’s telescopic section upwards. Reducing the pressure lowers it and moves it downwards. Another important design feature is the jack’s length, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles whose support points are difficult to access. These jacks are equipped with wheels for moving them over terrain. Versions designed for portable use are also available; they are much lighter and smaller, making them easy to transport in a service vehicle.

Thanks to the fitted lubrication device, friction between interacting surfaces is reduced, which decreases wear and protects them against corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used when servicing lorries, buses, agricultural machinery and armoured military vehicles.

The device is equipped with two additional extensions that increase the lifting height. Road wheels enable easy transport.

The lifting handle can be adjusted to three different positions for improved working comfort.
