COLLECTION:
Weekdays 09:00–15:00. The exact collection time can be agreed separately if necessary. The buyer is asked to check during collection that the item and included accessories correspond to the listing.

DELIVERY:
Matkahuolto. Shipment tracking is via the Matkahuolto Paketit app. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, email address and delivery address are up to date. The shipment will be sent within 1–2 working days of payment.

The buyer must inspect the shipment immediately after receipt. Any externally visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the seller and the carrier. The packaging and damage must be documented with photographs before disposing of the packaging or using the product.

If the buyer suspects a defect that differs from the listing, they must contact the seller (Huutokaupat.com) before returning, opening, modifying, having the product repaired or disposing of it. In a sale between a business and a consumer, the seller is primarily responsible for investigating any defect and providing the remedy required by law.
