The Lappeenranta Parish Union is selling surplus professional kitchen equipment from the Piiluvan camp centre:

Jeven RST kitchen exhaust canopy with JCE grease separators and supply air units

Jeven professional kitchen wall canopy made of stainless steel, including exhaust and supply air sections.

The canopy is intended for installation above combination ovens, cookers or frying equipment, for example.

The exhaust system has Jeven JCE cyclone grease separators, of which there are apparently 8 based on the photographs.

The separators can be removed and washed. The front of the canopy has three semi-circular, perforated stainless steel supply air units.

The canopy also has a measuring connection for adjusting the airflow.

According to the manufacturer’s sticker, the recommended pressure difference is 40–60 Pa. With eight separators, the exhaust airflow is approximately 282 m³/h (78.4 l/s) per coefficient.

The canopy is suitable for a professional kitchen, institutional kitchen or restaurant.

Condition:

The canopy is used. The surfaces show normal signs of use.

Please note:

The canopy is permanently installed and connected to the building’s ventilation system. Dismantling is the buyer’s responsibility and must be carried out by a professional in the field.

The movable property shown in the photographs is not included in the auction.

Delivery method: collection only.

The buyer is responsible for removing the lots.
