Pre-dismantled Topi kitchen from 2010 – walnut, white cabinets, AEG appliances, Vantaa

For sale: a fully dismantled kitchen fitted in 2010 for an apartment building property. The kitchen has white cabinet carcasses, walnut-effect doors and drawer fronts, and metal-coloured handles. The kitchen is in good used condition and has been in a child-free household, meaning it has not been used by a family with children. The kitchen was dismantled during renovation. The units may therefore have normal installation and dismantling marks, tape residue, cut-outs in back panels and some local cleaning needs. The overall appearance and visible surfaces are clean, and the condition is clearly shown in the photos.

The sale includes the wall and base units, corner units, tall drying cabinet, spice cabinet, drawer units, doors and drawer fronts, cover panels, trims, and the fittings and interior accessories belonging to the pictured units. These include, for example, the metal racks in the drying cabinet, the metal basket mechanisms in the corner unit, drawers, handles and hinges, as shown in the photos.

The appliances included in the sale are a fridge-freezer, an integrated/built-in AEG E4001-5 oven and an AEG 61000M ceramic hob. The appliances are in working order. The instruction manual supplied with the fridge-freezer lists the model references S60360KG8 / S60400KG8, so the exact model should be checked from the appliance rating plate if necessary. Please note that connecting the oven and hob is regulated work that must be carried out by an electrician.

Not included in the sale are the kitchen worktop, dishwasher, kitchen light fitting, socket or extractor hood. Any other renovation materials or movable items possibly visible in the background of the photos are also not included unless numbered in the product list.

The measurements marked on the units in the photos are in centimetres: W = width, H = height and D = depth. More detailed measurements for each item can be found in the separate product list. Measurements may vary by a few centimetres in either direction. You are welcome to visit the property in advance and take exact measurements if you are unsure whether the units will fit your space. Collection from Ylästöntie 16, Vantaa, between 13 and 18 October, at a separately agreed time. All items to be collected by the buyer must be collected on the same day. Collection may, however, take place in several trips on the same day, for example with multiple vehicle journeys. The buyer is responsible for carrying, packing and transporting the items, as well as providing any necessary equipment. The building has a lift, and a car may be parked in front of the entrance during loading. The property is in an apartment building and the flat is on the second floor. The purchased and paid-for items must be collected by 22:00 on 18 October 2026 at the latest. If the items are not collected by the deadline, the buyer must pay the seller/commissioning party storage and safekeeping costs of €50.00 for each commenced 24-hour period until collection. The items will only be released once the purchase price and any accrued storage costs have been paid in full.

The buyer is not required to take every item included in the set. For example, one or more appliances or cabinets may be left uncollected if desired. No compensation will be paid for items left uncollected, nor will the purchase price be reduced on that basis.

The set is sold as a used whole in accordance with the photos and information provided. An on-site inspection is recommended if the buyer requires exact measurements or wishes to check the suitability of any individual component.
