BMW 325d E91 Touring *1 owner in Finland*, 2008, Espoo

A well-kept E91 BMW is up for auction for its next owner!

The car came to Finland from Germany in 2011 and has been with the same owner ever since, so it has not been passed from owner to owner. The service book also appeared to be in good order, with plenty of entries along the way; see the gallery for more detail.

It quickly became clear behind the wheel why so many of these are still on the road. The engine started smoothly and ran nicely, power delivery was normal and there were no unusual noises from the drivetrain. The gearbox worked as it should, with nothing to report. The only notable point during the test drive was a play-related noise from the front right, which appeared on uneven surfaces. Otherwise, the suspension felt functional and the car drove straight without excessive wandering.

For its age, the car is in good overall condition. There are small beginnings of rust on the rear arches, the upper corner of the windscreen and the right-hand corner of the boot. These are shown in more detail in the gallery. Otherwise, the body has remained quite tidy considering the mileage and age.

The service book is included and appears well maintained overall. It is also clear that the car has been serviced during its life, rather than merely driven from one fuel stop to the next.

Two sets of tyres are included. The winter tyres still have plenty of tread remaining and, although a few studs have been lost, the remaining studs are still sharp. The front summer tyres are good, but the rear tyres are approaching replacement condition; see the photos.

Technically, the car otherwise left a very positive impression, with the only more significant observation during the test drive being the play-related noise from the front right corner. MOT valid until May 2027!
