Stretch-wrapping machine Mercaroll 301. Stopped working after a thunderstorm, and an electrician investigated the fault. The turntable motor and one frequency converter have been replaced. The movements work mechanically when controlled via the relay, but setting the limit values still requires the gentle touch of a PLC specialist before it will operate. It can also be converted to manual operation by installing separate switches for the turntable and the raising/lowering of the film roll. We lost motivation and bought a new one. Height 2,800 mm and turntable diameter 1,650 mm. Weight 600 kg. The machine must be collected within 14 days of the auction closing, otherwise the goods will be returned to the seller and the purchase price will not be refunded.

Defects and other observations

Automatic functions do not work. The movements operate when pressing the relay, but it does not complete a work cycle. Faulty in that sense.
