No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected or tested. They are sold directly in their current condition. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. As the product has not been examined by a condition inspector, there may also be hidden defects and deficiencies that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

The winning bid does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be found. The item is sold without any seller’s warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

Inspection of the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check before making your purchase decision all matters that may be relevant, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and any possible hidden defects

The provisions of the Consumer Protection Act concerning consumer sales do not apply to the items.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the bid page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

Ownership of the auctioned products transfers at the time of handover

Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading
