Inspecting the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a pre-inspection.

No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters potentially related to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

Consumer-trade provisions under the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to the items.

Payment: The bid must be paid and the receipt sent by email within 2 (two) days, in accordance with the collection and payment instructions notified by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there is more than one bid, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. Ownership of the auctioned products transfers at the time of handover.

Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.
