The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 5 October 2026 and 26 October 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for bids is 26 October 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum amount and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted by 22 October 2026 at 12:00 to the Mikkeli office of the Enforcement Authority, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If the bidder makes an offer jointly or on behalf of another person, the details of the buyer or buyers to be entered in the sale decision must be notified immediately after acceptance of the highest bid by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. Otherwise, the buyer entered in the sale decision will be the person who made the highest accepted bid.

The property has been seized and is sold by the bailiff through a private sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to examine the item for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents carefully.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
