It has no smell or leaks (confirmed by several more sensitive people).

It should be in very good condition; nothing else has come to light, either to me or others.

Apparently owned by only two families. Kept under cover during winters.

A couple of small dents on the roof from the supports of the tarp shelter, but these do not affect watertightness, drainage or anything similar.

Lights and electrics renewed (the rear hatch was also permanently closed and the gas equipment removed at the same time).

A wireless reversing camera with display is included, as are the step in the front locker and a toilet with an attachable tent.
