The bankruptcy estate is selling:

The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the lot on site. No assistance is available from the bankruptcy estate. The buyer may drive a vehicle into the courtyard. Access to the courtyard is from Sörnäisten Rantatie, through the gateway on the left in the last image. The courtyard is easily accessible even with a larger vehicle.

The seller will announce acceptance or rejection of the lot by 22.00 on 4 October 2026 at the latest.

The lot must be collected between 10.00 and 14.30 on 7 October 2026 (the lot must be outside by then). Collection at any other time is not possible, as the bankruptcy estate must vacate the premises.

The lot is located at street level, with no stairs to climb.

The lot must be paid for within 24 hours of its acceptance.
