Semi-integrated motorhome Sharky L8, model year 2008, drivable with a category B licence, Janakkala

Partially integrated motorhome with registered travelling seats for up to six people. The mileage is also fairly modest at under 150,000 km. At the rear there is a longitudinal double bed and bathroom facilities. At the front is a face-to-face dinette that converts into a bed for two people. The kitchen is located on the opposite side and has the standard motorhome equipment. Heating is provided by Trumatic warm-air heating running on gas and electricity (electric heating element). The basic functions have been checked and found to work, and the vehicle has just passed its inspection, but no more comprehensive inspection has been carried out, so defects and shortcomings are certainly present. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle in person if anything concerns you.

No comprehensive condition inspection has been carried out, but the following is known:

• The refrigerator works on gas and electricity (230 V).

• The Trumatic heating works on gas and electricity (230 V).

• The gas appliances have passed pressure testing.

• The vehicle has a reasonably good documented service history. The latest service is recorded as July 2024 (139,000 km).

• Timing belt service recorded in July 2025 (approx. 140,000 km); the alternator was also replaced at the same time.

• Drives reasonably well; the basic functions are in order.

• Summer tyres from 2015, with 2–3 mm of tread (accepted at the inspection).

• The radio, reversing camera and electric front door windows work; the front door central locking works via the key remote control.

Observed defects:

• Moisture damage in the rear wall and rear garage floor, in the roof’s front right corner, in the roof’s front left corner, and in the wall and floor behind the driver’s seat, under the dinette. Measurements were taken without dismantling the structures, so moisture may also be present elsewhere.

• The pressurised water pump does not stop at all.

• The grey-water pipe underneath the vehicle is leaking.

• The gas hose is at the end of its service life.

• Cracks and lacquer/paint defects in the bodywork’s plastic parts.

• The vehicle has a tow bar, but the body manufacturer has not specified towing limits for the vehicle combination (a so-called illegal tow bar).

• The roof trim cover strip is partly detached on the left-hand side.

• Normal wear for a nearly 20-year-old vehicle, but the overall appearance is reasonably tidy.
