Significant improvements over the previous V2.0 version:

• Faster dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection (the older version only supports 2.4 GHz); even large updates download much faster

• Modern USB Type-C charging port

• Support for new protocols (CAN-FD and DoIP), already used in some newer 2020+ car models

1. Oil Reset: Resets the service interval after an oil change.

2. Electronic Parking Brake (EPB Reset): Brake pad replacement mode/adaptation for electronic handbrakes.

3. Steering Angle Sensor Calibration (SAS Reset): Resets the steering angle, e.g. after wheel alignment or sensor replacement.

4. Throttle Relearn: Restores the throttle body’s basic settings after cleaning or replacement.

This model is operated easily using its touchscreen instead of buttons. It has a large built-in 6,100 mAh battery that charges while connected to the vehicle’s OBD port (a USB charging cable is also included, so it can be charged with a standard phone USB charger).

Most vehicles are identified automatically when the reader is connected to the vehicle’s OBD port, using the VIN to retrieve the vehicle details. If this is not possible, or you prefer to enter the details yourself, that is also possible.

The reader stays up to date because it is easy to update: simply connect it to a wireless network (Wi-Fi) and update the reader.

The reader’s software and user manual are in English.

This is genuinely a professional-use device, built to last. We have received lots of positive feedback, and the first one in our own workshop has already been in active use for over 6 years. Updates are still released frequently.
