The item must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance of the bid. The receipt must be presented when collecting the item.

The item must be collected on 16 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30, or on 19 October 2026 between 10:30 and 16:30. COLLECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ANY OTHER TIME.

A van (max. height 285 cm and gross weight 4 tonnes) with a trailer can be driven to the doors. It is recommended to approach the site via Klemeläntie. Turn from Klemeläntie up the hill shown in the last photo and drive straight; after the underpass, the entrance doors will be in front of you. If arriving by lorry, it must be left approximately 150–200 m from the doors. A forklift can be used to travel between the doors and the lorry. Moving with standard pallet trucks is difficult because the route has gentle slopes.

There are no stairs to navigate at the site. Inside the gym, the goods can be moved with pallet trucks. The buyer is responsible for moving and loading the item on site; the bankruptcy estate cannot provide assistance!
